To clean your Xero Shoes, hand wash with warm water, mild soap and allow them to air dry.
We do not recommend putting your Xeros in the washing machine or dryer.

Excellent service

I recently posted re poor quality xero fusion boots. The company promptly replaced them and I am delighted to be walking around in them again. They are the most comfortable boots I have ever worn. I will be more careful about using them in wetish conditions they are really not suitable for that. Five stars for customer service. Thanks Xero.

Very comfortable but poor quality

Purchased these fusion boots, my first pair of Zeros and was delighted how well they fitted and how comfortable to walk in. Unfortunately after 8 months of intermittent wearing one boot has come apart at the toe and sole. Also they were never waterproof, even though this is a strong selling point. I love the concept but will I buy another pair?? Please improve the quality.

Really good feel, in dry conditions

Unfortunately the pair of boots I got started to leak after a couple of weeks of use. But before that they were super! The warranty handling, however, at Xeroshoes was super smooth. But since my pair did start to leak, most likely due to some quality production problem of this pair, I don’t know how good they really are. While not leaking, about 4 stars since I like my shoes a little more barefoot in the feel. After leaking, 1 star since I need them mainly in wet(ish) conditions. But the very good customer service lift the overall rating to three stars.
