I bought the Denver Leather in November 2022, so 2 years ago.
First up - this boot is probably the most comfortable shoe I currently own.
However, initially I wasn't that impressed with it and close to returning it. The glued sole does look a little bit cheap on the sides, IMO. My biggest problem was the insole, however - it always moved/slipped around inside, no matter what I tried. In the end I fixed the insoles with a double-sided tape...which is a dirty workaround for such an expensive shoe :/
Two years later the insoles are still firmly in place and don't cause any issues anymore. The boot itself is very comfortable and the flexibility & groundfeel of the outsole is exceptional. I typically wear it throughout autumn and winter, both for walks, short hikes and even in the office - love its versatility!
As long as you're moving, the feet stay comfortably warm, even below freezing temperatures. If you're just standing still and not walking around, your feet will eventually get cold below 5°C I'd say, with "normal" socks.
I'm amazed about the waterresistance of this shoe - I didn't explicitly buy it for that reason, but this shoe is perfect for walks and short hikes, even if it's wet and raining. I recently made a habit of walking a minimum of 30 minutes each day, sometimes 1 hour and longer - regardless of the weather. And while I didn't expect the Denver to keep me dry, it does - and this is without any additional waxing or waterproofing from my side. I just yesterday walked 30 minutes in heavy rain through wet grass and mud - and my feet were completely dry. I wouldn't do more serious hikes with it with river crossings and stuff...but for those easy city to trail walks? Not a problem - and I guess this would be even better when waxing the leather with beeswax or something similar.
While I really like the shoe for cold / wet weather walks, it also works very well as a general "dress" shoe. I wear it in the office with jeans or chinos and it looks pretty awesome in this combo, without being too sporty or technical like actual hiking shoes would.
