To clean your Xero Shoes, hand wash with warm water, mild soap and allow them to air dry.

The seam inside of the heel counter hurts 🙁

I was really excited about getting these shoes, which I planned to use for hiking. I have some other Xero shoes that I love and that fit me great. Unfortunately, I had to return these Mesa Trail WP 🙁 First, I had to exchange the size, because the size I use with other shoes was too small in these - not sure, but probably because of the stiffer material. But even the right size had an issue - there is a seam in the inside of the heel counter, that I could feel immediately after putting them on. It hurt even after a short "walk" around my small apartment. Maybe after wearing them for a while this part would get softer... but I decided not to risk it.

Brilliant

Not the right fit

I had bought a pair of xero shoes in the past and I loved everything about them. That’s why I decided to get a new pair of hiking shoes. Unfortunately the material of the back of the heel/ankle of the Mesa Trail is super hard and I got blisters on both feet. I think you should suggest to get half a size more. Thank you.
