To clean your Xero Shoes, hand wash with warm water, mild soap and allow them to air dry.
We do not recommend putting your Xeros in the washing machine or dryer.

What happened to the old Prio?

I bought a pair of Prio 4 years ago and I have been waiting for 2 years to be able to buy new shoes because they were badly damaged (minimalist shoes seem to be quite fragile but that’s not the point of my review). I was all excited to finally be able to buy new Xero shoes, and now I’m so disappointed. The old Prio were very comfortable. These ones are awful. They are not soft at all. I feel like wearing cardboard. Or like I’m wearing low boots. But not at all like I’m wearing clouds on my feet, like I’m just wearing thick socks, shoes that let me move around as I wish. And it hurts a bit when I put the ball of my feet on the floor because the top of my feet is pressed on a hard part of the shoes. (Sorry, I don’t know how to explain it better than that.) Usually when people say shoes are too stiff, the shopkeepers say they will get better, but at 100€ the pair of shoes, it feels like a lottery (and usually the shoes never get better). (Also I don’t understand all the 5 stars reviews.) I guess I will send them back. I was thinking I could try the Nexus Knit but someone said they are stiffer than Prio so I don’t know what I’m going to do.

Excellent for practicing martial arts outdoors

I've been using these now for almost 3 years and just bought a new pair because they are really good shoes for practicing martial arts outdoors. It almost feels like barefoot training indoors.
