So Stiff but good for winter use

I've been using these shoes for more than two weeks. They are lightweight, comfortable, I can use them barefooted without my skin suffering around the ankle. But, they are awfully stiff. The sole in particular (I removed the inner sole by the way) doesn't give me any barefoot feeling, quite disappointing in that regard. On the plus side, I had to walk to my car under drenching rain, no choice to step in a deep puddle right in front of the door. Even though both my feet went in the water (as quickly as I could), my feet remained dry. I bought these shoes for winter (I live close to mountains, so I'll test them in snow too) and they seem to resist well to water and cold so far (weather has been awful for the past month). I wouldn't recommend this product for summer but with bad weather, they do their job with comfort for everyday life (not tested in a long hike under the rain though).

The shoes are great. As far as waterproof - fantastic. I did submerge with them - accidentaly - without any problem. A bit however warm, for my feet in early autumn, +10-12 which wll be great in colder weather.

Very good trail shoe

I have allready the Mesa trail (not WP) which I like a lot and use for trail running and occasionally playing soccer on grass. Now I purchased also a waterproof pair, shape is the same and the good grip and ground feeling is the same. It feels a bit stiffer than the non water proof, but I guess it just has to be worn a few times. All in all a great shoe that is fully waterproof the few times I have tested it this far.

Great shoes

This is actually one of the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn. There's space to use my hole foot and feels more natural. The sole is thick enough for hiking and the fit is so good that long walks are easy. This is how shoes should be.
