Devuelves el producto por tallaje y se quedan con la parte proporcional de impuestos, a pesar de que finalmente no lo hayas comprado

Muy difícil que la talla encaje con tu número si cada marca tiene un tallaje diferente. Efectivamente seguí las instrucciones y me quedaban gigantes. Las devolví y la peor sorpresa es que Ilegalmente se quedan con el IVA. Es decir devuelves un producto y se quedan con un 21% del IVA del producto. Algo que en Europa es absolutamente ilegal. Ya he puesto reclamación espero me devuelvan absolutamente todo el dinero o denunciaré ante la autoridad competente.

Not for my feet.

I am afraid that these boots weren't made for me. I bought my normal size as recommended. Lengthwise they are good but the width isn't close to what I need. To make matters worse the soles isn't to my liking either, they are to ridged for me, I don't feel the surface as I like to do.

Good experience

The shoes didn't fit and my size was not available anymore (I bought them on sale). But they looked really good, I would have loved to keep them. The money was refunded very fast. Everything good👍�

Amazing shoes

These shoes are fantastic for me. I started wearing barefoot shoes a couple of lonths ago did not have waterproof shoes. They are indead completely waterproof, what also makes them warm enough for me for the cold months with thicker socks but this might not be the same for everyone. I love them and i love the colours. I took them in Java brown/mocha bisque.
