How do I send a gift certificate?

After you purchase a gift certificate, you’ll be able to enter an email address for the recipient.

You could email it to yourself and forward it at a later time if you like.

How do I exchange or return my shoes?

If you are looking to exchange your shoes for another size, color, style, or return them for a refund, you can find step by step instructions through the link below:

To clean shoes with a soft-bristled brush and dry detergent:

Remove loose dirt with a soft cloth.
Mix a little water with the white dry detergent
Use soft-bristled brush, dipped in water to gently scrub shoes.
Gently wipe away excess detergent with a dry cloth.
Repeat until satisfied.
Air dry shoes completely.

Please note:

White shoes can get dirty! Please use dry detergent as needed.
We do not recommend putting the Dillon in the washing machine or dryer.

Nach 4 Monaten schon abgelaufen

Ich mag die Schuhe sehr gerne, sind auch super bequem. Leider sehen sie jetzt nach 4 Monaten alltäglichem nutzen komplett abgelaufen aus und bei einem der beiden Schuhe ist die Einlegesohle an der Ferse schon komplett weg. Da ist einfach ein riesiges Loch. Wie kann das sein? Ich wiege nur 55kg, soviel Gewicht sollte ein Schuh schon aushalten können und vorallem mehr als 4 Monate bei dem Preis! Hätte ihn gerne nächsten Sommer wieder getragen aber solange hält der niemals durch. Bin sehr enttäuscht. Schaue mich lieber nach qualitativ höherwertigen Schuhen um...

It'd be amazing if a narrow version and wide version were made available

I got these in black and love them, and had 2 friends notice immediately that I've made a "smart" choice for my feet and asked about the brand since they think the shoes look so great. The biggest adjustment to them, surprisingly, hasn't been the wider toe box, but the very loose fit around the rest of my foot and my ankle - I feel like the shoes verge on being a 'wide' format. I do have a long (EUR size 41.5) and narrow foot, but haven't had this issue with other shoes standard fit shoes I've purchased. This being said, these Xeros are very comfortable, no adjustment time or breaking in required.

Comfortable but prefer a different model

Having had the HFS for a while, I find the Dillon´s toe box is too high and then it bulks when toes are flexed. Additionally, the sizing does not match the HFS - had to order different sizes for the Dillon and they are still a little big (would normally get a 41.5 and the 41 that I kept are a bit loose). It would be great that the sizing of the different models are equivalent so we know which ones to order.
