You’ll know you’re wearing them, for sure, but most people don’t find the stimulation painful. If you do, wear a thin sock and only use the Naboso insoles for a short time so you can get used to the sensation.
Once you’re used to it, you can wear the Naboso insoles for any activity — walking, running, hiking, etc.
You may, though, find that you want to “give your feet a break” every now and then by taking out your Naboso insoles. That’s normal.
